Beginner piano lessons are available for children & adults 5+ years old.

Students will learn the structure of a piano/keyboard, the proper note names and locations on their instrument, the basics of reading music & music theory, as well as the proper technique for playing the piano. Younger students will learn how to recognize patterns, count music, and take direction from a teacher. Students will increase memory capacity, improve reading skills, build coordination, and develop self-esteem and patience.

Students will also have the opportunity to learn proper playing techniques, scales, triads/chords, how to read chord charts, and music improvisation. From this, students will increase memory capacity, develop rhythm, and build self-esteem, creativity, and self-expression.

Piano lessons are 45 minutes.
