Ladies’ Dance Exercise

This class is available for women 18+ years old.  Don’t let tradition work out. Come to a dance class, lose weight, and build muscle while doing it. You don’t have to be an experienced dancer. This class is for people to have fun and learn how to love working out again.

This class meets for 45 minutes.

Comfortable clothes to move in (no jeans), sneakers, hair up
