✨DCSA does not offer refunds of any kind.
✨Make-up classes are not available unless arranged separately with the teacher.
✨If time is taken off from participating in DCSA, we cannot hold your spot unless you continue to pay the monthly tuition fee. Time taken off from lessons can also affect participation in the showcase.
✨Please communicate with your teacher if you need to cancel a lesson. Your teacher’s contact information will be emailed to you after enrollment.
✨Students must show up on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private lesson, your lesson will unfortunately be canceled.
✨DCSA is built on a family-friendly environment. Please be kind and respectful to all families, teachers, and students.
✨Practice at home is strongly encouraged. Not enough practice time at home may affect participation in the showcase.
✨Please be on time to drop off and pick up your child. We ask that you not drop off more than 10 minutes early for a class.
✨We cannot watch your children before and after classes. If you plan to leave, we recommend that you stay with them until their class starts, as all teachers will have lessons in session.
✨We kindly ask that you check your email regularly. This is our main form of communication for updates and information regarding DCSA. Please also join our reminder texting program to receive updates and information!
