DCSA Stretch Class is available for men & women 14+ years.
There are many benefits to stretching. Not only can stretching increase your flexibility, but it can also improve your posture, prepare your muscles for physical activity, reduce stress, and body aches. In my stretch class I will show you how to safely improve your flexibility. You don’t have to be flexible to take this class. We will work together to help you grow and improve your flexibility and strength.
This class meets for 1 hour.

Saturdays | 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Fee: $5/week
No registration is needed – pay when you attend.
Attire
Comfortable clothes that you can stretch in (no jeans) and sneakers. Longer hair should be pulled up. A towel & water bottle are recommended.
