Students & parents of students, please read through the following policies & procedures for DCSA.
Classroom Policies
Students must show up on time.
Students must be in dress code.
Students must be respectful to teachers.
Cancellation Policies & Procedures
Please call or text our DCSA director at (716) 951-9402 if you need to cancel your lesson. We will contact the appropriate staff to inform them of the cancelation.
If a student doesn’t come to a private lesson or a teacher cancels a private lesson it is between the student and teacher to schedule a make-up lesson.
If a teacher cancels a group class, DCSA will provide a discount for that month.
If a student is a no-show there is no refund.
Payment Policies
Tuition must be paid for the full month on the 1st of every month.
If tuition is paid later than the 10th of the month there will be a $10 fee.
All other payments (costumes, showcase fee, tickets, etc…) must be paid in full on time. Fees will be applied if more than 10 days late.
Parent Policies
You must treat students, teachers, and other parents with respect.
Encourage your student to practice at home.
